What to do in the Garden in March

The days are getting longer, and it won’t be long before you’re spending most of your days outdoors!

March is a funny little month, it usually does odd things! Sometimes it’s really warm, and you think, great - no more frost, perfect time to release my seedlings into the wild, and other times we’ll have a random forecast of snow. So be mindful of the weather and it’s temperament.

Vegetable Garden

• Get some of your seedlings started. In our March box you can find Broccoli, Courgette, Kale and Hot Pepper Chocolate.

Other Jobs

• Now is a good time to plant: new perennials and summer-flowering bulbs.
